Could not ask for a better experience! I called as a new patient to set up an exam and was able to get in within the next week. When I got there the woman at the front desk Magda was absolutely fantastic! She answered all my billing and insurance questions and was just generally very friendly! Susan did my exam and cleaning and she was fantastic! Everyone was very polite. Dr. Nichols also did a crown and a filling for me a few weeks after that and he was just great! He made sure I was comfortable and that my mouth was numb before he started doing any work. I can not say enough good things about this place and the staff. Will never go to another dentist as long as I'm living in the valley!

There is not one person on this entire staff that I do not like. Everyone in Dr. Nichols' office is professional, friendly, and extremely organized. Customer service is so very important to me and they have surpassed all expectations. Additionally, I think it's very important to know that they actually share their skills with those in need. Members of their staff travel to other countries to provide humanitarian assistance to those of whom are in dire need of dental treatment. Simply put... wow! Thanks for helping me keep my teeth healthy!

The best of the best! The entire staff is nothing less than professional. As you enter the front door you will notice the cleanliness of their office. Refreshing and reflects how they approach doing business. The front office handled all my insurance questions with ease. Magda Knows her stuff! My teeth cleaning was a breeze with Daniela who is extremely professional, friendly AND did a GREAT job! A complete mouth exam and gentle cleaning (NO pain). The best cleaning I have ever had. The lady who did my X-rays made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. ALL performed a "Sterile Technic" while working on me. NO one was rushed. The all took the time to make sure it was done right. Dr. Nicholds is always friendly. He took the time, asked the questions to ensure my exam was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you Dr. NIchols! My daughters had the best experience ever. They were afraid of the dentist from past experience. And now what to go again. The girls in the back made sure they where comfortable. And dentist was great. Would recommend. And they don't tie your kids down. I really appreciate and thank everyone that helped with the great experience.
